Each lesson will include a section such
as this where we can discuss general
matters. This allows us to explore the
philosophical and intellectual underpinnings
of what we’re doing, to make a
few background observations, and to
deal with some other matters that don't
quite fall under the heading of technical
P&L studies or under the heading
of psychology.
In this first lesson
we are going to talk about flow.
We are going to
talk about it in this first lesson,
right off the bat, because flow is
everything, and basic to P&L

Life consists of
energy, and energy moves from one
extreme to another in a flow, a cycle,
a constant oscillation from one pole
to another and back again. In the
market we see this constant flow in
prices as they move up and down, always
oscillating as they attain new levels
and fall back again.
